GENERAL INFORMATION
These purchase terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place orders from Lernberger Stafsing AB on lernbergerstafsing.com. By ordering on lernbergerstafsing.com, you agree to the conditions published at that time as stated below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.
Lernberger Stafsing as a shop and website is owned by Lernberger Stafsing AB (“Lernberger Stafsing”, “us” or “we”). The website’s content is owned by Lernberger Stafsing.
ORDER AND AGREEMENT
When placing orders on lernbergerstafsing.com, a purchase agreement is entered between you and Lernberger Stafsing. Purchase agreements are archived and made available to the customer. To make a purchase, you must accept these purchase conditions. By completing a purchase, you approve Lernberger Stafsing’s purchase conditions on lernbergerstafsing.com and commit to following these purchase conditions in their entirety. You also confirm that you have read Lernberger Stafsing's Privacy Policy, including Cookie Policy, which describes how lernbergerstafsing.com processes your personal data. To place an order on lernbergerstafsing.com, you must be at least 18 years old, as we do not accept credit purchases from persons under 18 years of age in accordance with Swedish law. If you are under 18, parental permission is required before ordering. We reserve the right to change or reject any order (for example, if the customer has provided incorrect personal data).
Once you have completed your order, a receipt will be sent to your email address. The receipt includes all details about products, price, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the receipt, you should immediately contact our customer service. The receipt is a confirmation that we have received your order, but it is not a confirmation of a binding agreement.
A binding agreement is entered into when we send an order confirmation to your email address. Before the final order confirmation, we may refuse your order completely or in partially. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
CUSTOMER DATA
You are fully responsible for the information you have submitted being correct. Please always check the information you submit to us, so that no unnecessary errors occur.
PRICES
When ordering, the prices that are shown on Lernberger Stafsing’s website at the time of ordering shall apply.
All prices are shown inclusive VAT.
If the price or information about a product shown on the website is incorrect and you realised or should have realised this, the price or information will not apply to the purchase. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible.
PAYMENTS
Lernberger Stafsing partners with Klarna for payments. The total amount for your order is displayed on the checkout page. By clicking on 'Complete Purchase', you accept the terms and conditions of Lernberger Stafsing and Klarna. Through Klarna Checkout, Klarna offers different payment methods such as Klarna Invoice, Swish, Klarna Account, card payment, and direct payment via online banking. All attempted payment frauds will be reported to the police.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship within Sweden. We ship with/to DB Schenker Service Point and Budbee Box with a fee of SEK 39. Shipping is free for purchases over SEK 1000.
Items in stock are normally sent within 1-3 business days after you have received your order confirmation and are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days.
You can track your order using the tracking number on your shipping confirmation. You will receive an email or SMS when your item has arrived at the nearest delivery point.
If your delivery is delayed and the delay is in our control, we are responsible for the damage you suffered because of the delay in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation. However, we are only liable for damages to the extent that you have taken reasonable steps to limit your damage. We are therefore not responsible for damages that you could have avoided by taking reasonable steps.
If there is a delay in delivery beyond our control, for example, if a supplier cannot fulfill their delivery obligations to us, we are not responsible nor liable for any damage.
Ownership and risk of the products pass from Lernberger Stafsing to you as a customer when you have received the products from the distributor. If you have agreed to the distributor leaving the products outside your door, you are considered to have received the products from the distributor when the product is left outside the door.
For letters and packages that are not collected in accordance with the instructions you receive in connection to delivery, you will be charged the cost of return freight as well as a packing and handling fee of SEK 150 inclusive VAT. Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal and the right of return in accordance with the Swedish Digital Commerce association industry regulations. If you notify us that you want to withdraw from your purchase before the package is automatically returned, we will not charge any fee for uncollected packages.
RETURN AND COMPLAINT INSTRUCTIONS
If there is a defect in your product, you have the right to make a complaint about it in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.
If you receive a damaged or opened box at delivery, contact us immediately, no later than two days after receiving the delivery. Broken packaging or broken product must be photographed and sent to us together with the remaining information about your complaint. Please note that the broken packaging or the broken product must be saved until the complaint is completed and you have received a message from us.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain about your purchase to us within a reasonable time (however, a maximum of three years and two months). If you wish to complain about a product, you should do so by contacting us within a reasonable time after you have noticed or should have noticed the defect. The defect should normally be an original defect and not caused by incorrect use/handling of the goods. Complaints made within two months from the time you discovered the defect are always considered to have been made on time.
To complain, you contact our customer service at contact@lernbergerstafsing.com before returning the item. After a registered complaint request, you will be contacted via email for further instructions regarding your case. You get a return slip from us.
We reserve the right to request the return of the item you wish to file a complaint about for examination and resolution of the complaint.In case of an approved complaint, the customer is always reimbursed for the return shipping. We only pay for shipping for approved complaints.
If your complaint is made on time and there is a defect in the product according to the Consumer Purchase Act, we will send you a new product. If we cannot replace the product for any reason, we will refund you what you have paid for the product. If the defect is significant, you always have the right to cancel the purchase.
You are responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping caused by you being negligent, for example when choosing a carrier or when addressing or packaging the product.
Please note that we do not have a satisfied customer guarantee. This means that we do not approve complaints of products that you have used but which do not live up to your expectations. In case of any allergy or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you try your new product on a small area (such as the wrist) and wait 24 hours to see if you get any reaction. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, it is not possible to lodge a complaint about a product due to dissatisfaction as we do not have any satisfaction guarantee.
RIGHT OF RETURN/WITHDRAWAL ("ÅNGERRÄTTEN")
The right of withdrawal (“ångerrätten”) applies when purchasing from us. If you want to return items that you have ordered from lernbergerstafsing.com, you always have the full right of return within 14 days from the date you received the item.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, with a broken seal, cannot be suitably returned due to health or hygiene reasons.
If you wish to return the product you may do so provided that the product is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
If a product is not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, you will not be able to return the product.
To use your right of withdrawal you send a mail to contact@lernbergerstafsing.com and notify us of the order number, which items you want to return, and the sum paid including VAT. You pay the return shipping. We will reimburse the sum paid inclusive VAT and postage (but not the return postage) within 30 days of us receiving the items returned. Refunds will be made to you using the same payment method you chose at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Note that depending on which payment option you chose at the time of purchase, it may take a few extra days for our payment service provider to administer the refund

FORCE MAJEURE
Events such as war, natural disaster, general labour disputes, regulatory decisions, circumstances leading to increased costs, amendments to regulations issued by governmental authorities, pandemics, intervention by governmental authorities and faults or delays in services by subcontractors and comparable events outside our control, which cannot reasonably have been foreseen, shall be treated as force majeure, which means that Lernberger Stafsing is released from its obligations to fulfil contractual agreements.
PRODUCT LIABILITY
Lernbergerstafsing.com works with product manufacturers who are renowned and respected in the industry. However, lernbergerstafsing.com however cannot be responsible for an individual product’s effect or function or the effects of ingredients for a specific health condition. The products should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment or as medication when ill, but should be used as a supplement to achieve a good nutritional balance. The product descriptions on lernbergerstafsing.com are based on, among other things, the manufacturer’s product information. The responsibility for any errors rests with the respective manufacturers, who are also responsible for the accuracy of the content lists, product content and dosage instructions. Food supplements should not be a substitute for a varied diet.
PRINTING ERRORS AND CHANGES
Lernbergerstafsing.com is not liable for any printing errors in the prices that appear on the site. Lernbergerstafsing.com reserves the right to modify information about prices, product range, terms and conditions of sale, specifications, product offers and the like, without prior notification.
DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, or in connection with, this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be exclusively settled by the courts of Sweden. The District Court of Malmö (Sw. Malmö tingsrätt) shall be the court of the first instance.
These Terms & Conditions, and any contractual and non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict of laws principles providing for the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
